Bio:
Charlie is the founding principal of Spanning Partners, an independent consulting firm specializing in the enterprise applications of RSS and related technologies. He has wide-ranging experience with content management and syndication, including roles in software development, presales, sales, and product management.

Before founding Spanning Partners, Charlie served as vice president of enterprise solutions for NewsGator Technologies. Previously he was director of enterprise solutions at Stellent. Charlie also served as group product manager for content management and syndication at Vignette. Sine June 2004, he has operated Moonwatcher, a blog covering the emergence of RSS in the enterprise.

Charlie holds a BA in Computer Science from The University of Texas. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and twin boys.
