All SAP Help Desk contributions must be written from a helpful point of view, constructive for other users, SAP and the ecosystem as a whole.

Helpful Point of View, or HPoV, is the founding principle of the SAP Help Desk community. Any user contribution should be helpful. This doesn't mean neutral, or even positive. A negative contribution could be constructive criticism. To be helpful is to help other users and the ecosystem at large. To be destructive, would not be helpful.
